Today we improved the Acuario network by replacing 2 of the 3 24-port switches used in the cluster with a Dell PowerConnect N1548P with 48 Gigabit ethernet ports and 4 SFP+ fiber optic ports.

This improvement will allow us to increase the cluster’s connectivity in the future to achieve better transmission speeds.
